Cash "The Flash" Wright
Chasing Speed, One Lap at a Time
At just 10 years old, Cash "The Flash" Wright is already making a name for himself in the competitive world of Junior Sprint racing.
Hailing from Caney, Kansas, Cash races the No. 32 Junior Sprint at Port City Raceway, where he continues to build experience and develop as one of the sport's young competitors. Since climbing behind the wheel in 2024, he's embraced the challenge of dirt racing with enthusiasm, determination, and a passion that's evident every time he takes the green flag.
While the No. 32 is the number fans see on the track, it carries a much deeper meaning for Cash and his family. The number honors his great-grandfather, Wilbur Wright, a longtime dirt track racer who competed from the earliest days of their local tracks. Following Wilbur's passing nearly two years ago, Cash chose to carry the No. 32 in his memory, ensuring his great-grandfather's legacy continues every time the car rolls onto the speedway. Cash's father has long raced the No. 33, following in Wilbur's footsteps as well, making the Wright family's racing tradition one that spans generations.
Racing is truly a family affair for Cash. His father previously competed in the Factory Stock division at Caney Valley Speedway, helping pass down a love for motorsports that has become the foundation of Cash's own racing journey. Together, they represent the heart of grassroots racing—a family working side by side in pursuit of their dreams.
That dedication is one of the many reasons From the Pits to the Stands is proud to support Cash through our Supported Drivers program.
Our mission has always been to shine a light on racers whose stories deserve to be told, regardless of age, division, or where they compete. Young drivers like Cash represent the future of the sport, and we're excited to help introduce him to race fans beyond his local track.
As Cash continues gaining experience and chasing checkered flags, we'll be following his progress every step of the way and sharing his accomplishments with the motorsports community.
We're proud to have Cash "The Flash" Wright as part of the From the Pits to the Stands Supported Drivers family, and we're honored to play a small role in helping tell his story as he carries on a family legacy every time the No. 32 takes the track.
